The Canadian Youth Network invites you to Change ’08… a special gathering for those who want to bring change to the spiritual climate of Canada and influence the world with Jesus’ love. We have been involved in serving and supporting youth workers for 10 years. For the last 5 years we have hosted the Change Conference in Toronto.

We consider this event to be about EVANGELISM and EMPOWERING. This is different than many existing conferences that focus on the equipping aspect of leadership development.
Evangelism… We have listened to youth leaders, as they have explained their frustration about finding a place they can trust to bring their students (and their friends) to, that will support the same evangelical message they provide at home. We are excited to offer the Friday Night Change as a relevant option for youth groups to attend. The average attendance the past few years has been over 3000… so with the limited number of seats available we suggest you buy your tickets early!
Empowering… We have listened to youth leaders, as they have shared their disappointment about having a place that helps to inspire leadership level students in some core “faith” elements, such as relevant bible teaching, discipleship, giftedness and vocational dialogue. We offer a unbelievable line-up of guest communicators who are current practitioners at the Saturday Conference. These communicators come to present and to dialogue (with Q&A), so that each participant goes back to their community inspired and empowered to make a difference.
